Booking Procedure

  1. Email, call 1.877.234.6697 (toll free North America) or call 001.403.678.2440 with your preferred adventure tour.

  2. We will contact you as soon as possible to verify dates, prices and any specific tour details.

  3. Confirmation, and balance payment date will be sent by email to you upon receipt of a 50% deposit and credit card number as a guarantee for the remainder. Deposit payment can be made by MasterCard, or Visa.

  4. Balance for your trip is due 60 days prior to departure.

  5. Your itinerary will be sent by email, 30 days prior to departure, we reserve the right to make necessary changes to each program. A detailed itinerary will be available on arrival.

We will endeavour to resell any cancellations, however if unsuccessful full payment will be charged if cancelling within 30days of arrival.
